Unbranded Chromed Art Deco

Another piece of Art Deco, this one Chrome-plated with a Dual-Finish Surface. The combination of a heavy, vertically brushed front face with high-polish chamfered edges is a classic Art Deco treatment. In the 1930s, brushing was often applied to base metal cases before chrome plating to give the watch a sophisticated, glare-free architectural look while helping to hide minor machining marks. This unbranded jump hour features a face-like layout with apertures for the hours, minutes, and seconds, and a vintage leather strap.
