This Longines Ref. 7823 is a simple time-only watch from around the 1970s.
The silver sunburst dial is particularly clean, with long black Roman numerals and no date or seconds hand. Together with the relatively small steel case, the result is a restrained and elegant design.
Ref. 7823 was produced in several dial configurations and is associated with Longines manual-wind movements. Since the movement in this particular watch has not yet been photographed, I prefer not to assign an exact caliber until it can be confirmed.
